Magnolia: Created in 1927,

The parfum sold for $12.50 at the time. It was also available in eau de toilette in the cube bottle.

Fragrance Composition:

So what does it smell like? It was classified as a heavy, opulent floral fragrance for women. An ad from 1928 described this fragrance as "for girls in simple attire."
  • Top notes: neroli, lemon, lily of the valley
  • Middle notes: tuberose, rose, ylang ylang
  • Base notes: sandalwood, cedar and champaca

Fate of the Fragrance:

Discontinued, date unknown. Still being sold in 1937.
